Tony is in his 7th season guiding at Pheasant Bonanza. He started upland hunting at the age of 14 with his grandfather.
When it comes to guiding at Pheasant Bonanza, he loves watching the dogs work while getting to know the hunters. Aside from upland hunting, he also likes to fish, hunt deer, and he recently started to trap.
Tony has been hunting since 2003 and guiding since 2011. He serves as the Handgun and Hunting Footwear Manager at the Sioux City Scheels when he isn’t enjoying the outdoors.
German Shorthair Pointers are Tony’s favorite hunting dog breed because they find birds like none other and can go all day. He loves their intensity when on point.
