Spencer is the Shooting Sports Manager & Guide at PB and in his first season with us. He grew up in Alabama and started hunting as a young child but when he turned 16, it really became his passion. Spencer earned his Bachelor’s degree at Auburn University in Wildlife Enterprise Management and fell in love with Waterfowl and Turkey hunting during his tenure there.

Since college, Spencer has traveled all over the United States from West Virginia, North Dakota, Colorado, Oklahoma, and everywhere in between chasing waterfowl and turkeys. For the past three seasons, he has been working as a waterfowl guide at a hunting club in Arkansas.

Spencer’s favorite dog breed is the Black Labrador Retriever, namely his own Ruby. He is very habitat driven and his passion is working to make the land better for all species of wildlife. He believes conservation is of the utmost importance, along with making sure clients have a seamless experience and he loves serving people and giving them a great experience.
