Nate was introduced to hunting and fishing by his stepdad and grandpa. He’s been fishing since he was about 4 years old and hunting since he was 8 years old when he began bird hunting at 10 years when he started deer hunting.

His favorite aspect of hunting and fishing is being with his family. While working at Pheasant Bonanza, he enjoys working with his teammates to get their job done and he really enjoyed working with Chocolate lab Blaze before she passed away. Labrador Retrievers are Nate’s favorite breed of hunting dog because he feels they are easy to work with and train, and they are focused and calm.

Nate enjoys helping Trent with Taxidermy projects and spending time with Trent’s family. He especially enjoys Katie’s cooking!
