I (we) hereby make my (our) application for Membership at Pheasant Bonanza Hunt Club & Kennel subject to the Club bylaws and approval of the Membership Committee. Enclosed is my payment for the Membership classification checked plus 5.5% Nebraska Sales tax. Memberships are due September 1st of each year. If they are not paid in full before September 1st, the card on file will be charged in full for the membership. If there is no card on file and it is not paid by the deadline, there will be a late fee of $50.
